Big Trade has separate morning and evening windows. It is not open continuously from 11:00 to 21:00.
The activity screen shows preparation before the trading period. For the 11:00 round, preparation runs to 11:15 and trading continues until 13:00. Plan your arrival before the trading period begins.
The published bag-slot adjustment allows 80 goods per slot. Check the job activity and the goods you are actually carrying before departure.
