Briefing
◈ Task Speak with Outpost Commander Haviel ◈ Reward Skill Points 17 ◈ Format One-time quest ◈ NPC Outpost Commander Austin / Outpost Commander Haviel ◈ Monster None ◈ Scenario I was hoping that the rumors weren't true, but if the Evil Order really has made a pact with the devils to control the monsters, this is no small matter. We must stop them before they do anything more terrible. Go to Asia Minor Outpost 3. Speak with their commander, Haviel, and you should be able to figure something out.
