Blizzard

Blizzard is a skill in Silkroad Online. The first rank requires mastery level 80. Learning the first rank costs 1,247 SP.

This skill creates a powerful blizzard in an area, made from the merge of water energy in the air and ice energy. Enemies vulnerable to cold will feel the pain of their flesh being cut, and those that do not tolerate the cold will be frozen or frostbitten.
